This survey is part of one of the largest studies ever conducted into childhood limb pain. By sharing your experience, you are helping to build the evidence needed to change how this condition is understood, diagnosed, and treated.
The survey takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential and used for research purposes only.
Who Can Take Part
We welcome contributions from:
- Parents and guardians of a child who experiences or has experienced recurring leg or foot pain
- Adults who experienced growing pains as a child and can share their retrospective experience
What the Survey Covers
- About Your Child – Age, gender, and whether they currently experience pain
- Pain Details– Location, frequency, timing, and severity
- Impact and History – Activity, sleep, medical history, and diagnoses
- Your Observations – Open space for your concerns and experience
Privacy and Confidentiality
All data collected through this survey is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Responses are anonymised and used solely for the purposes of this research study. No personally identifying information is shared.At the end of the survey, you may choose to provide your contact details if you are willing to be contacted for follow-up research. This is entirely optional.
